I recently have read this book and as you can see it's name is Barbie in a mermaid tale.So I decided to do a book review on it, just for fun.Barbie stars as Merliah Summers, a queen surfer in Malibu.She soon discovers her mother Calissa is a mermaid queen of Oceana & is in the dungeons.Impatient to help her mother from the wrath of Eris and get back her normal day life she takes on the risk and soon finds herself talking to her new friend,Zuma the dolphin. They go to buy a tale for her and she meets Xylie & Kayla, two very stylish mermaids. She and her new friends go to find the celestial combe,the dreamfish & Eris's own neckelace. Getting thrown in a whirlpool she escapes and becomes a real life mermaid. She then saves her mother and recieves a neckelace that can change her into a mermaid or a person at anytime.This fun filled adventure is bound to make you smile.
